Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive operations support associate in Singapore. The role focuses on making outbound calls to partners to promote initiatives and engage participation.

You will maintain records of calls and participation, manage sticker inventory, and assist with sticker installation when required. Basic data entry and system updates are part of the daily tasks, with an eye toward helping the team hit KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum N-Level qualification, relevant work experience preferred.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with occasional hands-on work.
• Proactive, resilient, and able to learn new systems.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to partners to promote initiative.
• Engage and encourage participation.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, participation, and operations.
• Manage sticker inventory and keep stock records up to date.
• Support sticker installation on vehicles when needed.
• Perform basic data entry and system updates.
• Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.
