Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a 3-month contract candidate to perform outbound calls to promote a partner initiative, engage participants, and maintain accurate records. The role includes handling sticker inventory, providing installation support, and basic data entry while helping the team meet KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal applicants have a minimum N-Level qualification, strong communication, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Qualifications

• Outbound calling to promote initiative.

• Willingness to do occasional hands-on operation (sticker pasting).
• Proactive, resilient, and capable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to partners to promote initiative.
• Engage and encourage participation.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, participation, and operational activities.
• Manage sticker inventory and keep stock records up to date.
• Support sticker installation on vehicles when needed, including covering for the installation team.
• Perform basic data entry and system updates.
• Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.
