Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on contractor for a 3-month project to drive partner participation and support field operations. You will handle outbound calls, maintain records, and assist with sticker inventory and installations as needed.

The role requires comfort with fast-paced tasks, basic data entry, and proficiency in Word and Excel. Prior sales, telesales, or operations experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with occasional hands-on work.
• Proactive, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn and use new systems and applications.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to partners to promote initiative
• Engage and encourage participation.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, participation, and operational activities.
• Manage sticker inventory and keep stock records up to date.
• Support sticker installation on vehicles when needed, including covering for the installation team.
• Perform basic data entry and system updates.
• Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.
