Job summary

UPS in Singapore is seeking a customer service professional to act as the key point of contact for customers, fulfill orders and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate shipments. You will be analytical and service-oriented, supporting KPI achievement and effective communication across stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and experience with SAP/WMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of Contract Logistics/3PL/Healthcare industry experience and/or 2-3 years of customer-service related role experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem solving, organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in SAP/WMS and MS Office.
• Working knowledge of order entry systems and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of meeting customers’ KPI by providing high quality customer service.
• Communicate effectively with clients, warehouse operations, carrier brokers and other offices/facilities.
• Process orders and manage customer accounts in SAP/WMS.
• Handle backorders and returns management.
• Coordinate with warehouse team to satisfy operational tasks and documentation.
• Verify and process receiving and shipping documentation accurately.
• Ensure orders are processed timely and according to client requirements.
• Manage shipping documents and inventory adjustments.
• Document and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures and warehouse safety guidelines.
