Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service or warehouse/logistics experience.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for key customers and internal departments on orders and shipments.
• Process orders, track shipments and manage WMS records for accuracy.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with internal teams and carriers.
• Generate reports on inventory, orders and billing.
• Support SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives.
