Job summary

Bok Seng Logistics Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join our warehousing and logistics teams. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service to key accounts, managing end-to-end order administration, tracking shipments and maintaining accurate WMS records to support timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

You will liaise with Warehouse, Sales and Transport teams, generate regular inventory and billing reports, and ensure SOPs

Qualifications

2–3 years of customer service, office administration or warehouse/logistics experience.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Education: GCE O/N level, ITE certificate, or diploma in logistics, supply chain or business.

Responsibilities

Be the primary contact for key customers and internal departments regarding orders and shipments.
Process inbound/outbound orders, verify shipping instructions and inventory alignment.
Provide order status updates and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
Generate and review WMS reports on inventory, orders and billing as needed.
Coordinate delivery schedules with internal teams and third-party carriers.
