Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks within the department.

You will handle customer ratings and service feedback for air and sea freight, liaise with freight carriers and customers on shipment arrangements, and provide timely follow-up on enquiries.

The role also involves sea freight documentation such as shipment bookings and Bills of Lading (BL), with additional duties as assigned by the Team Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Service Department with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Handle customer ratings and service feedback for air freight and sea freight operations.
• Liaise with freight carriers and customers regarding shipment arrangements and service matters.
• Provide customer support and follow up on enquiries when necessary.
• Assist with sea freight documentation, such as shipment bookings and Bills of Lading (BL).
• Perform other customer service duties as assigned by the Team Manager.
