• Oversee daily cargo bookings and airline capacity arrangements.
• Provide customers with accurate information on airline products and shipment requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Monitor shipment status, resolve issues, and communicate timely updates.
• Maintain booking information and support billing and invoicing processes.
• Guide team members in handling customer enquiries and operational tasks.
• Support Manager in monitoring service quality and improving efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
