Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Customer Service support professional to assist with daily air and sea freight operations.

You will coordinate with airlines, shipping lines and freight carriers, address customer enquiries, and provide timely shipment updates as part of a collaborative team led by the Team Manager.

The role also includes assisting with sea freight documentation and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient customer service operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Service team in handling daily air and sea freight operations.
• Monitor and manage customer service ratings for air and sea freight shipments.
• Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines and freight carriers on shipment-related matters.
• Liaise with customers to address enquiries and provide shipment updates.
• Assist with sea freight documentation, including bookings, Bills of Lading and other shipping documents.
• Work closely with the Team Manager and relevant departments to ensure efficient customer service operations.
