Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused freight sales professional to handle daily air and sea freight enquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with overseas colleagues. You will maintain weekly/monthly sales data, process debit/credit notes, and support customer requirements across teams.

You will work towards achieving monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets while delivering professional service to clients, with interaction across freight operations and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily air freight and sea freight sales enquiries through phone and email.
• Prepare quotations, respond to customer requirements and follow up on outstanding sales enquiries.
• Compile and maintain weekly and monthly sales data, reports and performance records.
• Prepare and process debit and credit notes in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and coordinate with overseas colleagues and internal teams to support customer requirements.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales KPIs and agreed revenue targets.
• Work closely with the Outdoor Sales Team to identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Deliver professional, responsive and customer-focused service in all interactions.
