Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer service, or logistics is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across teams.
• Ability to manage quotations and follow-ups to drive conversions.

Responsibilities

• Quotation Management: Manage day-to-day air freight and sea freight sales quotation enquiries efficiently via phone and email.
• Sales Coordination: Prepare accurate quotations and conduct close follow-ups on all relevant sales matters to ensure successful conversions.
• Reporting & Administration: Compile and manage weekly and monthly sales data and performance reports.
• Financial Processing: Process debit and credit notes accurately to facilitate smooth and timely payment cycles.
• Customer & Global Communication: Provide highly supportive communication to customers and coordinate with international colleagues worldwide.
• Performance Targets: Strive to meet and exceed monthly KPIs and revenue goals.
• Business Development: Collaborate with the Outdoor Sales Team to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Customer Service Excellence: Apply excellent oral communication and best-practice customer service during all consumer interactions.
