Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring a Logistics Coordinator (WMS / Warehouse Operations) based in Benoi Sector. The role covers inbound receiving, outbound order picking, inventory checks, and warehouse transfer coordination, with a focus on accurate system updates in the WMS.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm. Salary is up to SGD 3,200 basic, plus AWS and medical/dental benefits for a permanent position in the logistics sector.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.
• Able to read and write basic English for warehouse documentation and email communication.
• Comfortable performing hands-on warehouse duties including receiving, picking and packing.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound receiving, physical put-away and system receiving.
• Handle outbound order picking, packing and order release.
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
• Perform inventory transfers within the warehouse.
• Update warehouse transactions accurately in the WMS.
• Arrange online courier bookings and basic shipment coordination.
• Liaise with forwarders through email for delivery and booking matters.
• Maintain good warehouse housekeeping and follow operational procedures.
• Support other warehouse duties assigned by the Supervisor.
