Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (Operations) based in Singapore. The role involves guiding a team of Logistics Coordinators, processing customer orders, and coordinating shipment documentation to ensure smooth cargo movement.

The candidate should have a Diploma in Logistics or related field, knowledge of WMS, and strong MS Office skills, with a minimum of 3 years in logistics. This is a permanent, on-site position in Benoi Sector with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level, Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support a team of Logistics Coordinators in daily operations.
• Process customer orders and maintain operational records, reports and documentation.
• Coordinate shipment documentation and cargo movement.
• Perform shipment tracking and support daily warehouse and administrative activities.
• Liaise with customers, transport providers and external parties to ensure timely deliveries.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 basic with AWS + Variable bonus + Medical benefits + Dental

Requirements

• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
