Job summary

COMPASS ROSE FREIGHT SYSTEMS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (WMS / Warehouse Operations) to manage inbound and outbound warehouse activities at Penjuru Lane. The role requires hands-on use of a WMS, cycle counts, and shipment coordination with forwarders.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm. This is a permanent, on-site position within the logistics sector, with responsibilities spanning receiving, picking, packing and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Previous warehouse or logistics operations experience preferred.
• Basic English reading/writing for warehouse documentation and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound receiving, physical put-away and system receiving.
• Handle outbound order picking, packing and order release.
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
• Perform inventory transfers within the warehouse.
• Update warehouse transactions accurately in the WMS.
• Arrange online courier bookings and basic shipment coordination.
• Liaise with forwarders through email for delivery and booking matters.
• Maintain good warehouse housekeeping and follow operational procedures.
• Support other warehouse duties assigned by the Supervisor.
