Job summary

Search Personnel Private Limited is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and manage warehouse operations at Sunview, Pioneer, Singapore. The role drives KPIs, cost controls and service standards while coordinating with customers and staff.

This permanent role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or Business, with 3–5 years of warehouse leadership experience and proficiency in WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience managing warehouse or logistics operations.
• Proven leadership experience in warehouse, distribution or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operations to achieve key performance index and the required service standards.
• Monitor and analyse P&L of the operations, establish business controls and provide solutions to reduce cost and increase revenue.
• Defines roles and responsibilities, plans for the department’s future needs and operations; counsels employees on performance.
• Works collaboratively with customer and staff to assure operational effectiveness.
• Adhere to polices and procedures and maximize the flow of all incoming and outgoing material.
• Supervises and develops staff and otherwise carries out supervisory responsibilities according to company policies and laws.
• Manages quality system and continuous process improvement within the facility.
• Process development and continuous improvement and managing productivity.
• Responsible for meeting and exceeding customer metrics (cost, quality, Customer Service and Supplier Performance)
• Defines requirements for operation and ensures the implementation of new strategies and initiatives to effectively meet or exceed requirements & customer expectations.
• Drive Lean Warehousing System.
• Ensure safe work environment for all employees
• Administers and communicates company policies
• Reviews performance expectations with leadership team regularly
• Providing expectations, performance planning, feedback to team
• Responsible for the training & development and discussions with staff.

• Position : Warehouse Operations Manager
• Location: Sunview, Pioneer
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $9300 basic + AWS + medical and dental benefits
• Duration: Permanent

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience managing warehouse or logistics operations.
• Proven leadership experience in warehouse, distribution or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, distribution, inventory management and materials planning.
• Experience driving process improvement, Lean Warehousing or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Hands-on experience managing operational KPIs, productivity, cost control and P&L.
• Able to lead large operational teams and drive performance, training and staff development.
• Experience working with customers to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and operational requirements.
• Familiar with WMS/ERP systems and warehouse operational reporting.Knowledge of customs regulations and logistics compliance is an advantage.
