Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Perm) is seeking a Logistics Specialist to oversee inbound, outbound and inventory activities at Sunview, Singapore. You will manage put-away, picking, packing and system releases while ensuring accuracy and smooth daily operations.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. The role offers AWS benefits and opportunities to coordinate courier bookings and liaise with forwarders.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to communicate in basic written and spoken English.
• Experience handling inbound, outbound and inventory activities.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily inbound receiving, including put-away and system receiving.
• Perform outbound order picking, packing and system release.
• Carry out cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
• Process inventory transfers and stock movements within the warehouse.
• Coordinate online courier bookings for outgoing shipments.
• Communicate with forwarders via email and arrange shipment bookings.
• Update warehouse transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ensure goods and inventory records are maintained and accounted for.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation and safety standards.
• Support other warehouse/logistics duties assigned by Supervisor.

• Carry out regular cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
• Process inventory transfers and stock movements within the warehouse.
• Coordinate online courier bookings for outgoing shipments.
• Communicate with forwarders via email and arrange shipment bookings when required.
• Update warehouse transactions accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ensure goods and inventory records are properly maintained and accounted for.
• Maintain overall warehouse cleanliness, organisation and safety standards.
• Support other warehouse and logistics duties assigned by the Supervisor.
