Job summary

TSTAR Recruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for our multinational client in Singapore. You will handle job requests from customers and internal teams, perform data entry, and keep clear records of operational activities to ensure smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in logistics or warehouse roles, strong organisational and communication skills, and a willing attitude to work in a warehouse environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse ops, customer service, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to work in a warehouse-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage job requests received from customers and internal stakeholders through email and operational systems.
• Perform job intake, data entry, and maintain accurate documentation of operational activities.
• Coordinate with customers regarding job status updates, scheduling, and general enquiries.
• Liaise with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of daily activities.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of operational records in accordance with company procedures.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the warehouse customer service team.
• Support additional operational and coordination duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 3,500 +AWS+VB (1 Month)
• Working Hours:5.5 Days Work, Mon - Fri:8:30am - 5:30pm, Sat: 8:30am - 12:30pm
