Job summary

GMP RECRUITMENT SERVICES (S) PTE LTD is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator in Singapore with a salary up to SGD 2,700. East & West locations include Calshot Road and Pioneer Walk.

Roles involve coordinating daily warehouse operations, updating inventories, inbound/outbound shipments, cycle counts, documentation, and customer support. The position requires at least 2 years’ warehouse experience, proficiency in Excel and Word, and familiarity with WMS/inventory systems.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with WMS / inventory systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and shipment activities
• Update inventory and warehouse records accurately using WMS / inventory systems
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Support cycle counts, stocktaking and inventory control
• Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation and records
• Respond to customer enquiries and operational requests
• Support picking, packing and transportation arrangements
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job description

Warehouse Coordinator | Up to $2,700 | East & West

Salary: Up to SGD 2,700

Work Locations:

• East - Calshot Road
• West - Pioneer Walk

Rotating Shift

• Day Shift: 7:45am - 4:45pm
• Night Shift: 4:00pm - 10:30pm / 4:15pm - 1:00am
• Saturday work arrangements vary by location

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and shipment activities
• Update inventory and warehouse records accurately using WMS / inventory systems
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Support cycle counts, stocktaking and inventory control
• Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation and records
• Respond to customer enquiries and operational requests
• Support picking, packing and transportation arrangements
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant warehouse experience
• Secondary / O-Level qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Experience with WMS / inventory systems is an advantage
• VNA / Stacker / Forklift operating experience is an advantage
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Comfortable working on a rotating shift
