Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator on a 6-month contract to streamline intercompany orders, shipments, and documentation. The role is based at Marina Square/Raffles City with a Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm schedule and a monthly salary of SGD 3,200–3,500.

You will coordinate import/export activities, monitor backlogs, and support Sales & Customer Service while preparing monthly reports to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems (Oracle, Salesforce or similar).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intercompany orders and monitor open order backlogs to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain import/export documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with 3PL providers.
• Identify logistics improvement opportunities and cost-saving solutions.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and manage order-to-cash processes.
• Support Sales & Customer Service teams and prepare monthly reports.
