LOGICATORS WAREHOUSING PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics coordinator in Singapore to manage end-to-end import/export activities, from system entry to billing closure. You will coordinate with carriers, co-loaders, and customers to ensure timely shipments and accurate documentation.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting, and willingness to overtime as needed. Proficiency in MS Office is essential for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• 5 working days.
• Working Location : Singapore.
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office.
• Possess good work ethics and positive working attitude.
• Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-pace environment.
• Demonstrate an eye for details and ability to prioritize urgent tasks.
• Expect overtime on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Create import & export jobs in system till Billing and file closure
• Liaise with Carrier / Co-loader for import shipment arrival & export shipment booking
• Liaise with Internal & External Customers for shipments arrangement
• Handle import & export custom permit
• Liaise with Transporter for import & export cargo handling
• Procure rates with Carrier / Co-loader
• Check origin/destination rate with overseas agent
• Support Sales for quotation
• Any ad-hoc matter assigned by superior
