Job summary

Align Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Logistics Coordinator to prepare export shipping documents, coordinate with internal customers for on-time delivery, and liaise with forwarders for collection.

You will assist with enquiries, coordinate feedback with relevant departments, and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned. 5-day work week in Pasir Ris/Loyang area with MRT pickup points.

Qualifications

Diploma Logistics management or its equivalent.
Prefer 1-2 years of shipping experience in a manufacturing environment.
Good communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels.
A good team player who possesses drive, resourceful, initiative and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised and meticulous.
Proficient in MS office application.
Frequent OT required.

Responsibilities

To prepare shipping documentations including all documentations related to export activities.
To coordinate with internal customer to ensure on time delivery to customers.
To liaise with forwarders for collection.
To attend enquiries and coordinate with relevant departments for feedback to customer.
To perform any others ad-hoc duties as assigned.
