Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales administration or logistics coordination.
Working knowledge of shipping terms, documentation, L/C preparation/negotiation, and CO/Marine Insurance.
Proficient in MS Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute daily order processing duties efficiently.
Monitor truck readiness and liaise with customers to issue shipping instructions to factories and forwarders.
Partner closely with customers, factories, and freight forwarders to guarantee timely shipment and delivery.
Provide swift responses to customer inquiries, shipment updates, and freight quotations.
Record orders and shipments, ensuring up-to-date and organized documentation filing.
Coordinate and verify deposit payments prior to cargo shipment.
Plan weekly and monthly sea shipment forecasts to optimize supply chain flow.
Prepare accurate monthly operational reports for management review.
