You will coordinate bookings, monitor schedules, and prepare essential documents while maintaining strong carrier and customer relationships.

This role covers documentation accuracy, billing, customs compliance, and timely reporting to management, with close coordination with warehouses, trucking, carriers, and brokers.

Responsibilities

• Export bookings from customers and overseas agents and coordinate with carriers and transport vendors.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as BL, SI, invoice, packing list, COO, and DG declarations.
• Provide shipment status updates, respond to inquiries, and maintain relationships with customers and agents.
• Coordinate with warehouse, trucking companies, carriers and customs brokers; manage stuffing and delivery schedules.
• Prepare job files and billing instructions; verify invoices and customer charges for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, carrier requirements, and company SOPs; handle DG cargo docs when needed.
• Update shipment records in systems; maintain filing and prepare reports for management.
