Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a capable candidate in Singapore for a 1 year contract as an import/export coordinator. The role handles book contracts, pricing checks, factory coordination, and document preparation for customs clearance.

Strong focus on timely deliveries and payment follow-ups with clients and internal teams. Must have a Diploma and at least 5 years of import/export experience to manage LC terms and project data in SAP and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma required in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant import/export experience.

Responsibilities

• Book Contracts/Orders according to customer's request.
• Check that customer's PO pricing aligns with quotation or prior agreement and adjust pricing if needed.
• Coordinate with factory to update special prices in the system.
• Monitor delivery dates and expedit e with factory to meet client expectations.
• Follow up on payments to ensure settlement before shipment unless urgent.
• Follow up on overdue positions and coordinate withAccounts Receivables in Germany HQ.
• Ensure LC conditions per ERCO's terms and prepare documentation.
• Issue Debit/Credit notes for discrepancies.
• Monitor credit limits and payments; release orders per shipping instructions.
• Assist in Project Registration and update data in CRM system.
• Prepare documents for customs clearance (Origin, certifications).
• Process complaints and coordinate with Quality Department.
• Prepare documentation for returns of materials and update SAP/Sales Scout.
