Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage data centre logistics workflows, leveraging SAP and WMS to track inbound/outbound activity and ensure SOP compliance.

You will review customer requirements, monitor KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain performance. Office-based role at Benoi, Singapore with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience.
• Experience with SAP, WMS or similar systems.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and process improvement.
• Experience with SOP development and KPI/SLA monitoring.
• Data center logistics experience is a strong advantage.
• Customer and stakeholder-management skills.
• Training staff and audits familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data, dashboards, KPIs and trends to support business decisions.
• Review customer requirements, documents and service-level performance.
• Develop, update and maintain operational SOPs.
• Audit logistics operations to ensure compliance with SOPs and process requirements.
• Support data-center logistics activities including inbound, outbound, reverse logistics, kitting, replenishment and decommissioning.
• Maintain operational data and reports using SAP, WMS and other systems.
• Participate in and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Support customer issue resolution and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct logistics process training and induction for new operations staff.
• Support yearly internal audits and maintain logistics process assessments and training materials.

Location: Benoi

Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4500 + AWS + Medical + Dental

• Experience with systems such as SAP EWM, JDA or similar platforms will be advantageous.
• Good customer and stakeholder-management skills.
