Job summary

MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator/Executive/Warehouse position at Benoi Rd, Singapore. You will handle documentation for warehouse cargo, prepare shipping papers, and support daily logistics operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in shipping or freight, familiarity with TradeNet and customs declarations, and strong attention to detail. The role requires independent work and the ability to manage multiple shipments with accuracy.

Qualifications

• O Level / Professional Certificate / NiTEC.
• 1–2 years of experience in ship agent or related knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on experience with TradeNet and customs declaration software.
• Familiarity with HS classification, customs permit types, duties and GST, and MES declaration requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple shipments.

Responsibilities

Our client is a global MNC logistics solution provider and is seeking highly committed and motivated individuals to join them.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the co-ordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for the movement of warehouse cargo.
• Prepare shipping documents and processing of orders.
• Create and maintain reports and files for all operations records, correspondence, plans and expenses.
• Coordinate with operations personnel to ensure readiness of cargo for deliveries.
• Update WMS, TMS on Cargo Status.
• Liaise with customers for all matters pertaining to shipments and deliveries.
• Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties.

Requirements

• O Level / Professional Certificate / NiTEC
• 1-2 years of experience working for a ship agent or equivalent or related Knowledge of cargo operations berthing formalities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with TradeNet and customs declaration software
• Familiarity with HS classification, customs permit types, duties and GST, controlled goods requirements, Zero-GST warehouse procedures, and MES declaration requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to process declarations accurately within shipment deadlines
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple shipments
