REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Manager - FMCG to lead our West Singapore distribution operations. You will oversee inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, fleet coordination, and cost control while driving process improvements.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics or warehouse leadership, managing 20–35 staff, and strong WMS/TMS proficiency. Forklift operation and a valid license are advantageous, with responsive planning and team leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in logistics, wholesale distribution, retail supply chain, or warehouse management.
• Experience managing about 20–35 employees.
• Strong proficiency in logistics and warehouse management software (WMS/TMS) and inventory tracking tools.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills with adaptability to market disruptions.
• Available to work extended hours when required.
• Ability to operate a forklift and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversees strategic planning, budget management, and team supervision
• Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations
• Operations Management: Plan, manage, and evaluate daily logistics operations, including inbound/outbound transportation and fleet management
• Cost Control & Strategy: Negotiate rates with carriers and providers to minimize transportation costs and improve financial performance
• Inventory & Warehouse Control: Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage stock levels, warehouse layout, and inventory accuracy to optimize fulfillment
• Performance Metrics (KPIs): Monitor key metrics such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF)
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure compliance with safety protocols (OSHA)
• Process Improvement: Implement Lean principles and technology solutions to maximize supply chain efficiency
• Others: Act as a safety member for the Company
• Assisting with deliveries where require
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
