Job summary

BDP (ASIA PACIFIC) PTE. LTD. seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations in Singapore. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, prepare documentation, and handle day-to-day admin tasks to ensure smooth operations.

You will work closely with the Operations Team to meet customer expectations, maintain safety, and comply with HSSE standards. The role is full-time at the ACW Building in the western region, with a 5.5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education.
• Diploma or certificate in business administration preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records for all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate outbound orders via the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Prepare shipping documents, delivery orders, goods receipt notes, and invoices.
• Support general warehouse administration activities.
• Assist with physical warehouse operations when required.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to HSSE procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
