Job summary

UPS Asia Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic logistics coordinator to serve as the main customer contact and to coordinate with the warehouse team for timely, accurate shipment processing.

The role emphasizes KPI-driven customer service, cross-functional communication with clients, warehouse ops, carrier brokers, and internal offices, and handling orders within SAP/WMS systems and inventory movements.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of Contract Logistics/3PL/Healthcare industry experience and/or 2-3 years of customer-service related role experience.
• Excellent communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills.
• Strong problem solving, organizational and time management skills, including the proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines.
• Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in computer usage, working knowledge of WMS or SAP and MS Office.
• Working knowledge of order entry systems and warehouse management systems

Responsibilities

• Will be required to support the achievement of meeting customers’ KPI by providing high quality customer service. Effective communication with up and downstream stakeholders e.g. client s, warehouse operations, carrier brokers and other offices/facilities is essential
• Follow up with customer inquiry and provide information about services, products and to process orders
• Order creation and customer account management in SAP/WMS
• Backorder and returns management
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure that operational tasks are met: Receiving, Order Processing, Shipping, Complaints and returns management, Adjustments
• Process all documentation associated with the movement of our clients inventory into and out of the facility according to client requirements, and in an accurate and timely manner
• Perform clerical duties such as filing and reporting
• Other duties as assigned to you from time to time by the company.
