Job summary

OPPO in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Market Analyst to monitor freight capacity globally, analyze rate trends, and track policy changes impacting logistics operations.

You will compile monthly QCDS data, monitor POD anomalies daily, and help maintain internal standards. Strong English and Chinese, 1+ year experience in logistics, and proficiency in TMS and MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, E-commerce, International Trade, or related fields.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proactive with strong cross-department communication, collaboration and business acumen.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, delivery, or related supply chain fields; knowledge of import/export processes and FOB/FCA/DDP etc.

Responsibilities

• Monthly analysis of global air/sea freight capacity, rate fluctuations, and industry policy trends.
• Monthly global logistics delivery risk identification.
• Timely updates of changes in logistics rules and IATA standards; synchronize internal standards.
• Monthly compilation and analysis of departmental QCDS and data.
• Daily compilation and push of POD signing anomaly data.
• Daily inspection of shipment anomalies and notifications.
• Organize meetings and produce minutes; review and archive QBR/MBR materials.

Logistics Market Analysis, Risk Assessment, and Information Analysis

1. Monthly analysis of global air/sea freight capacity supply changes, factors influencing open market freight rate fluctuations and trends, and industry policy trends.
2. Monthly global logistics delivery risk identification.
3. Timely identification of changes in logistics industry rules and IATA standards/requirements, and timely synchronization and updating of internal management standards/specifications.

Data Compilation and Analysis

1. Monthly compilation and analysis of departmental QCDS and other data.
2. Daily compilation and push of POD (Product Order Delivery) signing anomaly data.
3. Daily inspection of BU (Business Unit) organized shipment card anomalies and push notifications.
4. Meeting organization, scheduling, and meeting minutes output.
5. Review, compilation, and archiving of QBR/MBR (Quality, Business, and Technical) materials.

Job Requirements

• Major Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics, E-commerce, International Trade, or related fields.
• Language Requirements: Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Qualities Requirements: Proactive, strong cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, customer-centric and results-oriented, meticulous, responsible, and possessing business acumen and operational thinking.
• Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in logistics, delivery, or the 3C industry supply chain; understanding of import/export processes; familiarity with international logistics-related professional knowledge; mastery of FOB/FCA/DDP/DAP/DDU and other air and sea freight trade terms and international settlement tools such as LC; proficient in computer office applications; experience in change management, quality operations, and understanding of TMS architecture is preferred.
