Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company's logistics, courier and moving services.
• Identify and develop new corporate clients, business partners and market opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Analyse market trends, customer requirements and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations and commercial solutions for corporate clients.
• Work closely with the operations team to develop cost-effective logistics and delivery solutions according to customer requirements.
• Manage business development projects from initial discussion through implementation and ongoing account management.
• Monitor sales performance, business development targets and key customer accounts.
• Develop strategies to improve revenue, customer retention and market presence.
• Participate in contract negotiations and maintain long‑term relationships with key business partners.
