Job summary

HUA MOVER PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a logistics coordinator to drive inbound and outbound operations and coordinate vehicle and driver scheduling to meet delivery timelines.

You will understand client requirements, prepare quotations, conduct site visits where needed, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution, and provide excellent post-sales support in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Seek out new business opportunities and promote moving services.
• Coordinate vehicle and driver scheduling to meet delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with operations team to meet customer requirements.
• Understand client requirements and recommend logistical solutions.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide post-sales support.
• Manage day-to-day transportation services.
• Communicate effectively with staff of different nationalities.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Work overtime when required.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by management.
