Job summary

OAKTREE CONSULTING in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform receiving, inspection, labelling, storage, picking and packing of goods in line with SOPs.

You will ensure accurate inventory handling, conduct cycle counts, operate basic warehouse equipment, and support shift handovers, peak periods, and urgent tasks while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspection, labelling, put away, picking, packing and dispatch of goods in accordance with SOPs.
• Ensure correct handling of inventory to prevent damage, loss, or discrepancies.
• Conduct stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory checks as required.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet jacks, hand trucks; forklifts if licensed).
• Follow all workplace safety, health, and security procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned warehouse areas.
• Participate in proper shift handovers to ensure operational continuity.
• Support peak operations, overtime requirements, and urgent tasks when required.
• Assist with ad-hoc warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
