Job summary

HRnet Ventures Pte. Ltd. is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate in Singapore to handle receiving, storage and dispatch of goods within a rotating day/night shift pattern.

You will operate pallet jacks and basic equipment, maintain accurate inventory and adhere to SOPs and safety procedures. No prior logistics experience is required, and forklift licensing is an advantage. The role offers stable monthly pay of SGD 2,500 to SGD 2,800, with 12-hour shifts and rotating schedules.

Qualifications

• No prior logistics/warehouse experience required.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts.
• Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift licence is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, inspection, labelling, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch of goods according to SOPs.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of inventory to minimise damage, loss and discrepancies.
• Conduct stock counts, cycle counts and inventory checks when required.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks; forklift operation where applicable.
• Follow all workplace safety, health and security procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Participate in proper shift handovers to ensure smooth operational continuity.
• Support peak periods, urgent operational requirements and overtime when required.
• Perform other reasonable warehouse duties assigned by the supervisor.

Working Hours: 12-hour shifts. Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Night Shift: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Work Schedule: Rotating work pattern A1 / B1: Sunday - Tuesday + alternate Wednesday A2 / B2: Alternate Wednesday/Thursday - Saturday
