Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team in Singapore. You will perform receiving, inspection, picking, packing, and dispatch according to SOPs to maintain accurate inventory and timely order fulfilment.

Responsibilities include stock counts, safe operation of basic warehouse equipment, and adherence to safety procedures. Shifts are 12 hours day/night on a rotating roster, with weekends required, and forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to work rotating 12-hour day/night shifts on a set roster, including weekends.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
• Forklift license an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Dependable team player with good safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, inspection, labelling, put away, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods in accordance with SOPs
• Ensure correct handling of inventory to prevent damage, loss, or discrepancies
• Conduct stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory checks as required
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet jacks, hand trucks; forklifts if licensed)
• Follow all workplace safety, health, and security procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned warehouse areas
• Participate in proper shift handovers to ensure operational continuity
• Support peak operations, overtime requirements, and urgent tasks when required
• Assist with ad-hoc warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors
