Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to prepare and complete orders, ensure proper labeling, packing and timely shipment. You will receive, inspect and store shipments while maintaining accurate records and ensuring safety compliance.

In addition, you will handle SAP ERP/WMS/TMS updates, perform monthly cycle counts and stock takes, and support continuous process improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse and transportation operations.
• Proficient in SAP ERP, WMS, TMS.
• Strong Excel (Macros) and PowerPoint skills.
• Higher Nitec / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete internal/external customer orders for delivery or pickup.
• Ensure items are properly labelled, packed, and shipped in a timely manner.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments to designated areas.
• Perform system updates via SAP ERP/WMS/TMS.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts and annual stock takes.
• Ensure all manual handling complies with safety guidelines.
• Coordinate timely transportation and delivery of goods.
• Prepare shipments (equipment, spare parts, accessories) as per instructions.

• Coordinate timely transportation and delivery of goods
• Prepare shipments (equipment, spare parts, accessories) as per instructions
• Ensure import/export documents are in order

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate operational logs and report discrepancies
• Recommend and support continuous process improvements

Requirements

• Education & Experience:
