Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is hiring for a warehouse role in Singapore's Changi area. The position requires handling goods, picking and packing orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy to ensure timely dispatch and shipping.

You will perform value-added services, follow safety procedures, and operate equipment like trolleys and hand-pallet jacks. The role requires basic PC literacy and education at N-Level or O-Level; working days are Monday to Friday, with hours from 11:00 to 20:00.

Qualifications

• Education at N-Level or O-Level (or equivalent).
• Basic PC literacy to perform warehouse computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods and place them in designated storage locations to maintain inventory organization.
• Pick and pack customer orders efficiently to meet dispatch and shipping schedules.
• Perform value-added services on customer-ordered goods to enhance product readiness.
• Follow proper component handling procedures to prevent damage and ensure quality.
• Move stock using trolleys or hand-pallet jacks safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
• Apply manual handling procedures correctly when lifting and moving products to ensure safety.
• Operate in compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations to protect self and others.
• Report discrepancies, abnormalities, or potential safety hazards promptly to management.
• Maintain clean work areas daily to support operational efficiency.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and add value to the organization.
• Perform any additional ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and operational needs.

• Working hours : 11am to 8pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive goods and accurately place them in designated storage locations to maintain inventory organization
• Pick and pack customer orders efficiently to meet dispatch and shipping schedules
• Perform value-added services on customer-ordered goods to enhance product readiness
• Follow proper component handling procedures to prevent damage and ensure quality
• Move stock using trolleys or hand-pallet jacks safely and efficiently within the warehouse
• Conduct inventory cycle counts as required to maintain accurate stock records
• Apply manual handling procedures correctly when lifting and moving products to ensure safety
