Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management or operations within the manufacturing or distribution sector
• Proven expertise in inventory management systems and warehouse management software (WMS)
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, supply chain management and distribution best practices
• Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to warehouse operations
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Relevant certifications in logistics, supply chain management or warehouse operations are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal logistics performance
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and safety compliance
• Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities within warehouse and logistics operations
• Liaise with external logistics partners and transport providers to arrange shipments and resolve delivery issues
• Prepare and analyse operational reports, including KPIs, cost analysis and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards and company policies
• Manage documentation and maintain accurate records of all warehouse and distribution activities

About the role

Peptobiotics Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics and Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in the Warehousing, Storage & Distribution sector. This is a full-time position based in the Buona Vista. As a Logistics and Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in optimising our supply chain operations, ensuring efficient warehouse management, and supporting the seamless distribution of our products. This role is essential to maintaining our operational excellence and directly contributes to the success of our business objectives.
