Job summary

CPO Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Operation Executive to oversee daily operations, coordinate cross‑department workflows, identify and resolve issues, and act as a key liaison between management and teams to ensure smooth business processes.

You will monitor warehouse, logistics, inventory and order fulfillment, track performance, enforce SOPs and safety, and drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced startup. A Class 3/3A driving licence and a related degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3/3A driving licence.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor daily operational activities across warehouse, logistics, inventory, and order fulfillment.
• Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks and implement timely solutions.
• Coordinate cross‑department communication to align operational goals.
• Track outstanding tasks and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor inventory levels, schedules, and fulfillment status.
• Provide regular updates and reports on performance to management.
• Enforce SOPs, safety protocols, and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor daily operational activities to ensure seamless workflow across warehouse, logistics, inventory, and order fulfillment
• Analyze and understand operational processes to identify bottlenecks and implement timely solutions
• Coordinate communication and collaboration between management and departments to align operational goals
• Track and follow up on outstanding operational tasks and issues to ensure timely resolution
• Monitor inventory levels, logistics schedules, and order fulfillment status to maintain operational accuracy
• Provide regular, detailed updates and reports on operational performance and issues to management
• Enforce adherence to company SOPs, safety protocols, and operational procedures to maintain compliance
• Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management
