Join a dynamic logistics operations role where you will play a key part in driving day-to-day supply chain execution across regulated industries. You'll manage critical supplier relationships, ensure compliance with GDP and regulatory standards, and work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.

Salary Range: S$2,800 to S$3,500

Responsibilities

• Support daily coordination of import and export container movements


• Assist with scheduling and tracking of shipments to ensure timely delivery


• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping documents, and delivery schedules


• Liaise with truckers, warehouse staff, and transporters to facilitate smooth cargo handling


• Prepare and update tally sheets, inventory reports, and shipment status updates


• Respond to routine customer enquiries regarding shipment status and documentation


• Assist in monitoring compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements


• Support the team in resolving operational issues and discrepancies as they arise


• Help compile data for KPI tracking and management reporting


• Carry out general administrative duties to support the operations team

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred; candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply


• 0 to 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field is an advantage


• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with logistics software or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP is a plus


• Good communication and organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
