IDEA MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent warehouse professional in Singapore to manage daily warehouse operations, perform inventory checks, and coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including delivery handovers with customers.

You will handle on-site issues, maintain records, and support internal audits while ensuring accuracy and timely communication with clients. A background in warehouses is preferred and physical tasks are required.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse management: accept, check, store, pick and ship goods; conduct inventory.
• Delivery: complete on-site handovers and file delivery documents.
• Customer liaison: communicate with customers to reconcile accounts and resolve issues.
• Records management: document inbound/outbound shipments and inventory counts.
• Exception handling: report damaged or returned goods and follow up on issues.
• Other warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job Overview

Responsible for the daily management of the warehouse, inventory checks, inbound and outbound logistics, and delivery tasks. Liaise with customers for communication and account reconciliation, handle various on-site issues, and ensure smooth warehouse and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Management: Accept and check incoming goods, store and organize items on shelves, pick and ship orders, keep the warehouse tidy and safe; complete daily and monthly inventory counts, check records against actual stock, and report any discrepancies.
• Delivery: Responsible for delivering goods, completing on-site handovers, collecting and filing delivery documents, and protecting goods to avoid damage.
• Customer Liaison: Communicate with customers to reconcile accounts, handle on-site delivery issues, provide timely feedback, and follow up until issues are resolved.
• Records Management: Record all inbound/outbound shipments, deliveries, and inventory counts, update inventory ledgers promptly, and assist with internal audits.
• Exception Handling: Record damaged or returned goods, report anomalies, and follow up to resolve issues.
• Other warehouse-related tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements
