Job summary

A leading staffing firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced Customer Service Associate. This role requires processing orders and managing deliveries to ensure timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Business Studies, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Japanese and experience with Oracle or SAP will be advantageous. Candidates must be able to work with a rotating schedule that includes weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service.
• Experience with Oracle or SAP systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Japanese for communication with headquarters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders accurately.
• Manage customer consignment programs and deliveries.
• Ensure accurate pricing and maintain documentation systems.
• Resolve inquiries from customers and maintain good relationships.
