Job summary

Asia Polyurethane Manufacturing Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee shipping and trade compliance from Singapore. You will coordinate air and sea freight, liaise with forwarders, and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a Diploma or higher and solid experience in shipping and logistics, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare import/export documents and support the Sales Support team.

• Coordinate and liaise with Air / Sea freight forwarders to resolve logistics issues.
• Ensure compliance with China’s import/export regulations and manage required documentation.
• Monitor and track the status of shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and packing lists for both import and export transactions.
• Provide guidance and support to the Sales Support team.
