Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited in Singapore seeks a Manager, Digital & Technology focused on Lodging Systems. You will own the operation of PMS, CRS, distribution platforms and channel managers, ensuring timely incident resolution and smooth system performance.

Collaborating with properties, regional teams, and vendors, you will monitor SLAs, manage configurations, and drive upgrades. A background in hospitality tech and data/XML concepts is required, with strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in hospitality technology or hotel systems operations.
• Hands-on experience supporting PMS/CRS/channel management.
• Knowledge of APIs, JSON and XML data concepts.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own lodging systems operations (PMS/CRS/channel managers) and manage incidents and requests.
• Guide properties and regional teams on support processes and configurations.
• Coordinate system upgrades, releases, and vendor communications.
• Monitor SLAs, performance, and recurring issues; drive improvements.
• Support onboarding of new properties and technology transitions.
• Maintain SOPs, user guides, and system documentation.
• Analyze trends and drive continuous improvement in operations.
