Job summary

Dorset Singapore is seeking a property-IT leader to manage and support technology systems across LAN/WAN, POS and in-room platforms. You will lead projects, monitor networks, and ensure security and DR readiness to align with hotel objectives.

The role requires coordinating budgets, CAPEX, and maintenance, while delivering training and cost-saving opportunities to enhance revenue. On-site work in Singapore is expected.

Responsibilities

• Understand IT tech standards and hotel industry trends.
• Provide 1st/2nd level support to property associates.
• Monitor computer and network operations; perform backups and DR.
• Plan and manage technology projects including budgets and CAPEX.
• Ensure compliance with hotel system standards and policies.
• Assist in cost reduction through technology opportunities.
• Coordinate system maintenance and data backup procedures.
• Provide system education and training to users.
• Handle telecom standards and enhancements.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by General Manager.
