Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a Diploma or Degree in hospitality or related field.
• Experience in retail or guest interaction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivering the guest experience across lobby processes.
• Support check-in/check-out experiences and lobby seating.
• Coordinate with F&B on hospitality service and guest guidance.
• Uphold Accor values and hotel SOPs and handle guest feedback.
• Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth lobby operations.
