Job summary

Raffles Hotel Singapore is seeking a Butler Intern to support residents’ service across pre-arrival, arrival, in-house and departure tasks. You will listen attentively, personalize interactions and assist with suite setup, dining recommendations, and in-room experiences, acting as an ambassador of the hotel.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Room Service and Housekeeping to ensure seamless service, handle guest requests, and uphold WSH guidelines and brand standards while learning all

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a Diploma or Degree in Tourism & Hotel Management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to communicate in a second language.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in a second language.
• Addresses guest/colleague needs with a service mindset.
• Detail-oriented and approachable under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Creates personal connections through emotional luxury between Butlers and residents.
• Customizes check-in procedures, suite setup/orientation, welcome drinks, itineraries and dining bookings.
• Celebrates residents' special occasions and assists with in-suite experiences and departure arrangements.
• Unpacks/packs衣 laundry, shoe-shine, in-room dining service; responds to resident calls/emails and coordinates with departments.
• Adheres to Accor Hotels Values and local SOPs, maintaining service standards.
