Job summary

Raffles Hotel Singapore is seeking a Food & Beverage Intern to deliver friendly and efficient service following our Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience.

You will greet guests, assist colleagues, and upsell menu items while maintaining high standards of grooming and knowledge of our beverages and products. This internship includes duty meals and staff benefits within the Accor network.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or pursued a Diploma or Degree from preferably hospitality or related field.
• Retail or guest interaction experience.
• Food and/or beverage knowledge (personal interest/professional).
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent service at all times based on hotel SOPs.
• Greets and bids farewell to guests and colleagues politely.
• Upsells and adds value to guest experience.
• Maintains station readiness and cleanliness throughout service.
• Ensures accurate order input in the POS system and checks orders before sending to kitchen.
