Job summary

Raffles Hotel Singapore is renowned for its luxury heritage and impeccable guest service. The Lobby Operation Intern supports delivering a seamless guest journey across arrivals, seating, and coordination with the F&B team.

You will uphold brand standards, assist with pre-arrival communications, drive upsell opportunities, and contribute to a smooth lobby operation in line with SOPs and Forbes/LQA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Diploma or Degree in hospitality or related field.
• Retail or guest interaction experience.
• Strong technical service skills.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Reliable, presentable and team-oriented.
• Flexible to different working locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless lobby guest experiences in coordination with the F&B team.
• Assist with check-in/check-out experience to guests.
• Upsell and cross-sell opportunities across hotel facilities.
• Uphold SOPs, LSOPs, and Forbes/LQA standards in daily operations.
• Handle security incidents and guest complaints with management.
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure lobby readiness and responsiveness.
• Support pre-arrival communications within the Lobby Operations team.
