Job summary

Rest N Go (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. operates the Premium Lounge at Changi Airport Terminal 3. The Customer Service Ambassador greets guests, explains chair usage and payment methods, and supports daily lounge operations to ensure a welcoming, comfortable environment.

Candidates should be friendly, punctual and capable of working on rostered shifts, including weekends. Training is provided to help you deliver excellent customer experience in a busy travel hub.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and customer-service oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using mobile applications and cashless payment systems.
• Willing to work on rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explain how to operate massage chairs and assist customers with payment when required.
• Inform customers about ongoing promotions, packages and membership benefits.
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide basic service support.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the lounge, massage chairs and surrounding areas.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure massage chairs and payment systems are functioning properly.
• Report any faults, customer feedback or operational issues to the management team promptly.
• Monitor the lounge and ensure customers follow relevant usage and safety guidelines.
• Complete basic daily records, reports and other operational tasks when required.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the management team.
